Home School Planners are a method of communication between school and parents and comments can be written in whenever messages need to be conveyed; these are brought in and taken home daily. Children will also be encouraged to make notes about what is happening at school and comment on how things are going.
Reading books must be in school at all times and taken home each day so that the children may read to teachers. The children have opportunities to change their book through the week.
Weekly spellings are given out on a Monday and tested the following Monday.
Homework is handed out on a Friday and due in the following Friday.
Please note however that circumstances can force changes to the above scheduling.
Please make sure that all indoor PE kits are worn to school on the appropriate days and swimming kits are worn to school under uniforms.
