Horsforth Children’s Services
Help to make a brighter future

Horsforth Children’s Services brings together all the schools in Horsforth and relevant agencies to work effectively in partnership to improve the outcomes for all 0 -19 year olds and their families within the Horsforth Community. We believe that by working together and drawing on the knowledge, strengths and capabilities of all our partners, we are better informed to identify the needs of children, young people and families including those who require some additional support.

The aim of our service is to ensure all children and young people reach their full personal potential. We hope to achieve this by providing support around families when needed and providing excellent learning and teaching experiences through our schools.

Horsforth Cluster Core Offer:-
Horsforth Children’s Services has a team of professionals who offer a wide range of targeted and universal support services to all our 0 -19year olds and their parents/carers within the Horsforth Cluster.  We believe that by tackling problems quickly, working preventatively and intervening at an earlier stage we will achieve better outcomes for our children, young people and families.
