Mount Grace are building up to designing and then creating their own healthy sandwiches. Today they tasted a variety of breads to possibly use in their sandwiches. They had to think about appearance, smell, texture and taste.
Bread TastingOn Tuesday the whole of Year 4 travelled to Harrogate to take part in a whole host of activities linked to wildlife and nature.
Trip to The Great Yorkshire ShowgroundWe have been learning clarinet with Mr Duffy for a few weeks now and we are really starting to get the hang of it. Most of us can make a sound now (which is harder than you'd imagine) and we are beginning to learn some tunes.

World Book DayEVERY SINGLE DAY last week, Mount Grace got themselves at least one star for wonderful lining up! This is a record and it helped us fill up our cube jar, which means we are now due a class treat. This is yet to be decided and will be taking place next Thursday, on the last day of this half term!

Year 4 Sound MorningTo link with our work on Victorian Horsforth we visited Armley Mills. We spent the day finding out about Victorian mill workers and attended a Victorian school room to find out more about Victorian school life.
